From platform users and monitored individuals: to deliver our monitoring services, we process account information (for agents, agencies, and courts) and supervision data about monitored individuals. Depending on the program and device, this may include contact and case details, real-time and historical location, device information (such as battery, signal, motion, tamper, and geofence events), check-in photos, certain device-reported health readings where supported, and communications such as messages and call records.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate and maintain our services; to support court-ordered or agency supervision (such as curfews, exclusion zones, and check-ins); to generate alerts, notifications, and reports; to authenticate users and secure accounts; to process billing; to provide customer and technical support; to improve our services; and to comply with our legal obligations and lawful requests.

We Do Not Sell Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

• With the authorized agencies, courts, and supervising agents responsible for a monitored individual.
• With trusted service providers who process data on our behalf to operate our services — for example, communications, payment processing and accounting, mapping and location services, email delivery, demo scheduling, and AI processing. These providers are bound by contract to protect your information and use it only to provide services to us.
• When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ATS, our users, or the public.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
